Safari Madrid

Safari Madrid is a theme park where you can see wild animals in large open spaces. Located just 31 miles (50 km) from Madrid, visitors will see tigers, lions, giraffes, bears, monkeys, among many other beautiful and exotic animals. While driving your car through the attraction, you’ll feel like you’re visiting one of Africa’s most famous safaris or exploring the dense forests of Asia.

In search of the Enchanted Valley

Driving through Safari Madrid, visitors will come across a surprising and enriching landscape packed with zebras, camels, ostriches, goats, horses, antelopes and other curious animals that surround your vehicle in search of their favorite treat, since before driving-in you will be given several carrots to feed them with. 

As well as the wildlife that come up to your car window, close enough to touch them, you will also come across giraffes, monkeys, bears, lions, hippos or white rhinoceroses that weigh over 4,000 kilos.

The Park also rescues and welcomes numerous wildlife that have been prey to illegal trafficking in Spain and have been recovered by the authorities. Some of these animals include tigers, porcupines and rare birds of prey.

Safari Madrid is an astonishing animal park and very worthwhile visiting! Families with children and those who love animals will find this safari park very exciting, since it offers visitors an original way of interacting with nature and its wildlife.

The bird prey show and the specific areas where children can feed the smaller animals complete Safari Madrid, making it a great attraction for the whole family.  

Keep in mind that you need a vehicle to visit the Safari, so it is impossible to get to the Park by public transport, since you won’t have a way to explore the Safari.
