Tapas & Paella Cooking Class in Madrid
Description
Join us for an exclusive Spanish cooking class as we meet along Valderribas Street in the heart of the Spanish capital. In the modern space on the second floor of the market, a professional chef will show us how to cook a variety of Spanish dishes in a group of 10 people maximum.
No prior cooking experience? No problem! Just bring your enthusiasm and a big appetite. Once in the big open kitchen, we'll learn different recipes, including ham croquettes, black rice (paella), ensaladilla rusa and bacalao ajoarriero. Do you want to know what their ingredients are? We'll learn how to combine them like experts!
In addition, during the workshop we'll be able to enjoy unlimited drinks such as red and white wine, beer or soft drinks. Between one speciality and another, we'll talk about the origin of the recipes, the typical dishes of Madrid, the Spanish gastronomy, and plenty of other fascinating tidbits.
Our class will last 3 to 4 hours and will end with a delightful tasting session of the dishes and tapas we've crafted.
